The AI is on your tab, not ours.
It runs on your computer signed in as you, on your own Claude account — so budget for that alongside this. What you pay us for is the machine, the hosting, and the domains.
Which is why our number sits still. We're not reselling you tokens by the message, so there's no meter between you and the model, no balance to top up, and nothing that gets pricier the more you build.

The awkward ones
What happens if I go over?
You hear about it long before you get there — banner and an email at 75% and 90%, with a rough idea of how long you've got left. At 100% new terminal sessions pause and your computer's memory steps down, but the website keeps serving. On a paid plan it never goes offline. The clock starts over on your renewal date.
Is a computer the same thing as a website?
No — one computer holds as many websites and apps as you want to put on it. You're buying machines, not sites. Most people get by fine on one.
How do you count domains?
One each, for domains you point at us. What you build underneath them is your own business.
Can I switch plans later?
Upgrades land right away, prorated. Downgrades and cancellations wait for the end of your period, and nothing gets deleted — you pick which computers stay awake, and extra domains just detach so you can hook them back up later.
Do you refund?
Canceling stops the next renewal. We don't refund monthly — that's what the free plan is for, finding out before you pay. Annual we prorate case by case, so just ask.
What if my card bounces?
Nothing dramatic. Everything keeps running while we retry — a week on monthly, three on annual — with a banner so you can sort it out. Nobody goes dark over one bounced card.
