When an account runs out of Runtime Credits, its computers are parked until the next monthly allowance. Nothing is deleted. What happens when credits run out.
The practical details.
Is a computer the same as an app? +
No. One computer can run several websites and applications within its resources. Choose a plan based on computers, custom domains, and the workload.
Can I change my mind? +
Write to support@rootsy.io to change plans. Cancellation takes effect at the end of your paid period. Unused time isn’t refunded. Extra computers go dormant and extra domains detach.
What about automatic backups? +
Rootsy backs up each computer in use once a day. How long backups are kept depends on the plan. Backups stay with the computer, so push important work somewhere else too.
