The published plans are $12, $35, $59, or $95 per month, or $135, $399, $675, or $1,080 per year, plus applicable taxes. Sign in and compare the date and amount with your billing history and receipts.

Manage or cancel your plan.

You can cancel from Billing in the app. Cancellation stops the next renewal and takes effect at the end of your paid period. It is different from deleting your account.

Email support@rootsy.io with the date and amount, and we’ll help you check it. Include the email address you may have signed up with. Please leave out full card numbers, passwords, and other credentials.
